Position Overview Justice Technology Services is seeking a Senior Software Developer (L3) with 10+ years of senior application development experience to support critical systems within the Corrections Systems Portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, development, coding, unit testing, troubleshooting, maintenance, and enhancement of secure and scalable web and desktop applications. The role requires strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, .NET/C#, ASP.NET MVC, Entity Framework, ReactJS, JavaScript, Azure DevOps, Azure Web Apps, Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, and Azure SQL/SQL Server. The Senior Software Developer will translate business requirements and functional specifications into high-quality, tested technology solutions while following established software development, security, accessibility, and DevOps best practices. Project Scope The Corrections Systems Portfolio is undertaking the development of an integrated risk assessment platform that will consolidate the following assessment tools: LSI-OR — Level of Service Inventory–Ontario RevisionRASO — Risk Assessment for Sexual OffendingODARA — Ontario Domestic Assault Risk AssessmentThe solution will integrate with the Offender Tracking Information System (OTIS) and enable the appropriate risk assessment(s) to be presented based on offender information available within OTIS.
