About The Role We are looking for 4 final year undergrads or recent graduates to join our team as a Software Engineer Intern. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the software development field. As an intern, you will work closely with our engineering team, learning the fundamentals of software development in a supportive and collaborative environment and gain hands-on experience with the technologies shaping modern software — from TypeScript, React, and Node.js to AI tools and the cloud. What Will You Be Doing Learn and apply modern web development with TypeScript, React, and Node.js.Get exposure to deploying solutions on AWS or Azure.Explore how AI tools can be used to improve real applications.Work alongside senior engineers, gaining experience in debugging, testing, and real-world development.Be part of a supportive team environment, contributing to real but intern-friendly projects. What Can You Bring To This Role Some knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, and frameworks like React and Node.js.Interest in cloud computing (AWS or Azure) and AI.Exposure to other technologies (like .NET or Python) is a plus but not required.A curious mindset, good communication, and teamwork skills. To Be Eligible For This Role You Must Have completed study (within the last 12 months) or be currently studying Computer Science or Software Engineering Be studying at NZQA qualification level 6-10Have not previously been employed by Aderant in a FT positionHave not undertaken more than 2 pervious internships at Aderant The pay rate for this role is $29.90 per hour for the duration of the internship.
