AI Enablement LeadAs AI Lead in Warsaw, you will turn AI ambition into measurable value for our customers and business. You will shape how NN Poland selects, builds and scales responsible AI solutions, helping teams move faster from promising ideas to secure, production-ready outcomes.Your impact at NN: what you will doThis is a high-impact role combining strategy, technology, governance, investment decisions and people leadership, with a clear focus on business value, safe delivery and AI adoption at scale. You will co-create and operationalise our Data & AI strategy, lead the AI Center of Excellence and manage an organisation-wide portfolio of AI initiatives.Key responsibilities:Co-create and operationalise NN Poland's Data & AI strategy, roadmap and operating model, aligned with business priorities and Group standards.Lead the AI Enablement Team, by setting delivery priorities, allocating resources and developing AI engineering, AI architecture and AI solution delivery capabilitiesManage the AI CoE budget and recommend investments in people, platforms, tools, vendors and initiatives to maximise value and cost efficiency.Define and approve reusable AI/ML architecture patterns, delivery standards and governance requirements, working closely with IT, Security, Risk, Compliance, Legal and Data Governance.Lead the evaluation of AI opportunities and initiatives, helping business and technology stakeholders assess value, feasibility, cost, risk and strategic alignmentDrive AI incubation, experimentation and adoption by evaluating AI technologies, assessing data readiness, technical feasibility and supporting PoC/PoV deliveryCollaborate with NN Group and international Data & AI communities,Who you will work withReporting to the Chief Data Officer, you will work in a highly cross-functional environment with business leaders, Data, IT Architecture, Security, Risk, Legal, Compliance and Data Governance teams, as well as NN Group and international Data & AI communities. You will lead NN Poland's AI Enablement Team, bringing together AI/ML Engineering and AI Architecture capabilities focused on AI innovation and delivery enablement. You understand how to balance innovation with responsible AI, security, privacy, governance and regulatory requirements.You have experience supporting innovation, experimentation, PoC/PoV delivery or technology incubation programs, helping organisations move from concepts to scalable solutions.You communicate confidently at expert and leadership level, support change and capability building, and are fluent in Polish with advanced English (C1).Nice to haveExperience in a financially regulated, insurance or similarly complex environment.Hands-on familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, Databricks or comparable AI platforms and tools.A Master’s degree or equivalent professional experience in AI, computer science, data science, mathematics, engineering, technology management or a related field.Become a supporter of change at NN Are you excited about the vacancy?
