Doeren Mayhew is seeking a full-time Azure DevOps Engineer in Dallas, TX to design and deliver secure, automated, and reliable delivery platforms for enterprise Azure solutions. This role combines CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, cloud deployment automation, DevSecOps guardrails, observability, and platform enablement to help teams deliver applications, data platforms, and AI solutions safely and consistently. Responsibilities: Design reusable CI/CD pipelines and release processes using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions, including build, test, promotion, approvals, rollback, and progressive delivery.Develop Infrastructure as Code and platform automation with Terraform, Bicep, ARM, PowerShell, Bash, and Azure CLI.Integrate security, compliance, secrets, policy, and automated testing into delivery workflows using Key Vault, managed identities, RBAC, Entra ID, scanning, and policy-as-code.Enable reliable cloud-native delivery and operations through container and Kubernetes deployment, monitoring, logging, alerting, incident response, and reusable templates and runbooks. Core Technical Environment: Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Azure Repos, Git, Terraform, Bicep, ARM, AKS, App Services, Container Apps, Functions, API Management, Service Bus, Event Grid, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Log Analytics, KQL, PowerShell, Bash, Azure CLI, C#, .NET, TypeScript, and SQL. Qualifications: 5+ years in DevOps, cloud or platform engineering, or software delivery automation with substantial Microsoft Azure experience.Experience building enterprise CI/CD platforms and reusable Infrastructure-as-Code capabilities for multiple teams and environments.Expertise applying the Cloud Adoption Framework, Azure Landing Zones, Well-Architected Framework, DevSecOps, Zero Trust, GitOps, SRE, and release-engineering patterns.Strong troubleshooting, documentation, collaboration, and communication skills, with the ability to balance developer velocity with security, reliability, and governance.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience; Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert.
