Lead Software Engineer

8+ years of experience designing, developing, and delivering large-scale, customer-facing web applications in production environments. Strong expertise in TypeScript, Angular, and React, with a deep understanding of modern frontend architectures, Web Components, and reusable design systems. Demonstrated experience implementing security, privacy, and compliance requirements throughout the software development lifecycle, including secure-by-design and privacy-by-design principles. Hands-on experience leveraging AI-powered engineering tools to improve developer productivity, software quality, and delivery outcomes across the development lifecycle. Proven ability to lead organizational change, drive adoption of new technologies and engineering practices, and influence stakeholders across multiple teams and functions.
