Description
Overview
The Windows Ecosystem and Customer Engagements (WECE) team works across the Windows ecosystem to enable partners and customers to successfully build, deploy, and scale solutions on Microsoft platforms.
WECE partners closely with product teams, engineering teams, and the broader ecosystem to remove friction, accelerate readiness, and drive meaningful customer and partner outcomes.
Within WECE, we are building scalable, AI-powered enablement experiences that help Microsoft's hardware partners self-serve, onboard, troubleshoot, and succeed across Microsoft technologies.
As a Software Engineer in WECE, you will help build and operate an AI-powered enablement platform that gives Microsoft's hardware partners self-service access to onboarding guidance, technical knowledge, and troubleshooting support across Microsoft technologies.
You will collaborate with engineering, product, design, and partner-facing teams to deliver secure, reliable, observable, and accessible capabilities end to end across React web experiences, Python and .NET services, data ingestion and retrieval pipelines, AI agents and tools, and Azure infrastructure, enabling grounded answers with references from trusted public and internal content.
This opportunity will allow you to deepen your full-stack and cloud engineering expertise, develop practical experience with generative AI and retrieval-augmented generation, and grow your ability to own services from design through production operations.
Microsoft’s mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more.
As employees we come together with a growth mindset, innovate to empower others, and collaborate to realize our shared goals.
Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.
