We are looking for Senior Full-Stack Developer (React / Node.js) AI-First.
You will own features end-to-end: React on the front-end, Node.js on the back-end, deployed with Docker and Kubernetes on AWS.
Small team, hands-on senior role — you ship, you deploy, you support what you build.
The team develops AI-first.
AI coding tools are the default way work gets done, not an experiment.
On the front-end in particular, we expect you to generate most of the UI with AI — screens, components, state, tests — and spend your time on architecture, review and product quality, not on hand-typing JSX.
We expect you to already work this way.
What you will do:
Build and ship full-stack features: React front-end + Node.js services and APIsBuild the front-end AI-first: turn designs, specs or screenshots into working React screens using AI coding agents; generate components, forms, tables, state logic and tests; then review, harden and integrateSet up and maintain the AI workflow for front-end work: project rules/context files, component conventions, design-system references and prompt patterns so AI output matches the codebaseContainerize services with Docker, deploy and operate them on Kubernetes and AWSMaintain CI/CD, monitoring and logging for what you ownReview code (human- and AI-written) and work directly with the product and management team
