We are seeking a Software Engineering & SRE Lead with 6-8+ years of experience to drive software engineering excellence and platform reliability across enterprise cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end software development and SDLC activities.Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks.Apply SRE principles to improve reliability, availability, and scalability.Define and manage SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets.Drive incident management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.Implement observability solutions including monitoring, logging, and alerting.Mentor engineering teams on DevOps, automation, and reliability best practices.
