Support MES deployment and rollout activities across manufacturing operations.Define, document, and validate manufacturing requirements within the production machines environment.Coordinate implementation activities with Production, Quality, Maintenance, IT and external suppliers.Drive the integration of shop-floor equipment, production systems and manufacturing processes with MES solutions.Participate in testing, validation and troubleshooting of MES functionalities and interfaces.Monitor and troubleshoot machine performance and initiate corrective and continuous improvement actions.Support project planning, documentation and implementation follow-up activities.Assist with user training and operational readiness activities. WHAT DO WE REQUIRE? Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering and Manufacturing Digitalization projects.Hands-on mindsetStrong understanding of manufacturing processes, production flows and shop-floor operations.Experience in MES implementation, process digitalization or manufacturing system deployment projects.Experience working within cross-functional project teams.Ability to analyze production data and identify improvement opportunities.Strong problem-solving, communication and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple implementation activities simultaneously.Good communication skills in English. Preferred Qualifications Experience in manufacturing transformation projects.Knowledge of production traceability, genealogy, performance monitoring and manufacturing data management.Experience with ERP-to-MES and shop-floor system integration.Experience integrating manufacturing equipment and production systems into MES environments.Familiarity with manufacturing databases and basic data investigation techniques.Basic SQL knowledge for troubleshooting and verification of production transactions, interface messages and manufacturing data.Experience with SOAP/Web Services and/or REST APIs.Experience in automotive, industrial manufacturing or high-volume production environments.Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodologies.Experience working with external suppliers and system integrators.Experience in electronics manufacturing is considered an advantage but is not mandatory.
