Specific Knowledge:Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese; German language skills are an advantage.Knowledge of OBD architecture and automotive software architecture (e.g., AUTOSAR, Vector BSW).Proficiency with Vector CANape, CANoe, ETAS INCA, and DTS Monaco.Solid understanding of worldwide OBD regulations (e.g., GB 18352.6, CCR T13.1968.2, CCR T13.1962.5, EU 7, upcoming China 7 regulations).Knowledge of SAE J1979, SAE J1979-2/-3, and SAE J2012DA.Good understanding of diagnostic communication protocols, OBDonUDS, and fault memory concepts.Experience with Remote OBD requirements, diagnostic data collection, and regulatory compliance is highly preferred.Knowledge of Mercedes-Benz E/E and powertrain architecture is beneficial.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in an international and cross-functional environment.Intercultural experience.Valid driver's license.
