What You’ll Be Doing
You will be a key contributor to the design, development, and delivery of platform and platform applications that power Aras Innovator.
Design, develop, and maintain platform and platform applications/components across on-prem and SaaS environments
Write clean, maintainable, and testable code using modern engineering best practices
Participate in DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, GitOps workflows, and cloud deployments
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine scope, manage technical risks, and ensure successful delivery
Improve platform reliability, scalability, performance, and security
Work across multiple projects, product areas, and technical domains, quickly adapting to changing business priorities
Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve customer-reported issues, performance challenges, and production defects
Participate in customer-driven initiatives, balancing strategic platform investments with customer requests and operational needs
Independently analyze problems, propose solutions, and drive implementation with minimal supervision
Comfortable leveraging AI tools to accelerate development, troubleshooting, code reviews, documentation, and learning

What You’ll Need
6–8+ years of experience in commercial software development
Experience with Customer Switching
Experience effectively using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude, or similar technologies
Ability to incorporate AI tools into daily development workflows while maintaining high standards of code quality and security
Strong expertise in C# / .NET
Solid understanding of DevOps and CI/CD practices
Strong knowledge of SQL Server and T-SQL
Deep understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, clean architecture, and design patterns
Experience building and consuming REST APIs and working with HTTP-based standards such as OData
Experience working in Agile development environments
Upper-intermediate or higher English (spoken and written)
Nice to have:
Experience with client-side or frontend development
Experience building and operating cloud-based systems (Azure preferred)
Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes (AKS or Azure Container Apps), and Helm
