About The Role We are seeking a talented Front-end Developer to join our dynamic Engineering team based in Paris. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in developing our new user interface experience, contributing to a modern, intuitive, and efficient platform for our global clients. Working within an international team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality frontend features, participating in the full development lifecycle, and collaborating across functions to ensure seamless integration and performance. This position offers significant growth opportunities, including working with cutting-edge frontend technologies, leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity, and eventually expanding into full-stack development responsibilities. You will be instrumental in shaping the user experience of our products, directly impacting how our clients interact with and derive value from our platform. Qualifications Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Front-end Developer.Strong proficiency in React.js and TypeScript.Solid understanding of modern CSS frameworks, such as Tailwind CSS.Interest and foundational knowledge in web development best practices.Experience with AI tools like Copilot or Claude is a plus.Proactive problem-solving skills with high learning agility.Commitment to writing clean, testable, and maintainable code.Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Jest.Excellent communication skills in English and French, both written and spoken.Ability to work effectively in an international, collaborative environment. Responsibilities Deeply understand the architecture of the new navigation project and contribute by implementing feature tickets to deliver value.Participate in the development and ongoing maintenance of the technical frontend dashboard, ensuring functionality and performance.Propose innovative ideas for technical improvements, participate in internal hackathons, and stay updated with emerging industry trends.Utilize AI tools such as Copilot or Claude to accelerate development processes and improve efficiency.Engage in QA reviews to ensure the delivery of high-quality, bug-free features.Progress towards full-stack development capabilities, eventually owning features across both Salesforce and frontend applications.Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in an English-speaking environment.Maintain a high standard of code quality, documentation, and adherence to best practices.
