About the Role We are looking for a Full-Stack .NET Developer to join our Software Engineering Services team. You will work on end-to-end software development projects for our customers, transforming business requirements into reliable, scalable, and maintainable software solutions. The candidate must be willing to teach .NET, Java Suite, and other experiences to the team members. Also the candidate must be willing to learn AI Engineering from the team. You will work closely with the Founder, Project Manager, AI Engineer, Frontend Developer, customers, and other team members to design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain business applications. Key Responsibilities Develop full-stack web applications using the .NET ecosystem, Java Suite, and related SDK.Build scalable backend services, REST APIs, and business logic using C# and ASP.NET Core.Develop responsive and user-friendly frontend applications.Work with databases including SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or other relational databases.Integrate third-party APIs, SDKs, cloud services, and AI services.Understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Participate in requirements analysis, system design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.Write clean, maintainable, secure, and reusable code.Perform debugging, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and code improvements.Use Git/GitHub for source control and collaborative development.Work within an Agile development process, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, backlog refinement, and estimation.Participate in creating and reviewing User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and Definition of Done.Collaborate with the Project Manager and technical team to deliver Sprint commitments.Communicate technical issues, progress, risks, and solutions clearly.Learn new technologies and business domains as required by customer projects.Share knowledge and teach other team members through documentation, code reviews, demonstrations, and technical discussions.Support deployment, maintenance, and production troubleshooting.Contribute to AI DIGIMARKET’s internal products and customer software development projects. What You Bring Required 3–4 years of professional software development experience.Strong experience with C# and .NET / ASP.NET Core.Experience developing both backend and frontend applications.Strong understanding of REST APIs, web services, databases, and software architecture.Experience with SQL and relational databases.Experience with Git/GitHub.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum processes is mandatory.Understanding of Sprint Planning, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, estimation, and Definition of Done.Proficiency in English — speaking, reading, and writing is mandatory.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.Must have your own laptop suitable for professional software development.Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a distributed team.Ability and willingness to learn new technologies and teach/share knowledge with others.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Self-motivated, responsible, and committed to delivering quality work.Preferred Experience with ASP.NET Core Web API.Experience with React, Next.js, JavaScript, or TypeScript.Experience with Entity Framework Core.Experience with PostgreSQL or SQL Server.Experience with Docker and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices.Experience integrating AI/LLM APIs, computer vision, or automation technologies.Experience with microservices or distributed systems.Experience working on software development projects for international/U.S. customers.Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
