About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Integration Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and supporting integration projects within our private cloud environment, ensuring seamless operation from initial planning to stable production. You will provide comprehensive guidance and support throughout all project phases, including requirements management, system integration, and cloud service utilization. Your expertise will be instrumental in optimizing workflows, developing and maintaining our toolstack, and supporting end-users with technical advice and troubleshooting. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance our cloud infrastructure, implement best practices, and contribute to the ongoing development of our private cloud platform. Your contributions will directly impact the success of our cloud initiatives and the overall efficiency of our technological infrastructure. Qualifications Proven expertise in cloud technologies such as VMware, Google Cloud, Open Source solutions, and cloud-native services including Kubernetes, Linux/Windows VMs, databases, storage, networking, APIs, IAM/PAM, and Secret Management.Experience in cloud-native application development, microservices architecture, containerization, Infrastructure as Code, DevOps/DevSecOps practices, and modern architectural patterns like Twelve-Factor App, Event-driven, Serverless, and Resilience Engineering.Strong background in workload integration and migration, including familiarity with standard procedures and Cloud Landingzones.Deep knowledge of automating forms, workflows, and applications using Confluence, Jira, and ConfiForms, along with experience working with Jira APIs (REST, JSON, JQL, HTML/CSS) and the Atlassian software stack.Excellent command of German (native proficiency) and proficient English skills, both written and spoken.Additional skills such as experience with cloud service providers, public sector projects, agile methodologies, SAFe, Scrum, or Product Ownership are advantageous.Certifications or experience in Requirements Engineering (IREB CPRE, IBM DOORS Next), IT Service Management (ITIL V4), and project management (PRINCE2, Agile Practitioner) are considered a plus. Responsibilities Lead and support cloud integration projects within our private cloud environment, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and best practices.Manage requirements by capturing, analyzing, and translating business and technical needs into actionable tasks using tools like Jira and Confluence.Coordinate the integration and migration of workloads, ensuring adherence to standardized procedures and cloud landing zone guidelines.Develop, automate, and optimize workflows, forms, and applications to enhance operational efficiency.Maintain and enhance the toolstack, including scripting, automation, and configuration management to support cloud operations.Provide technical consultation and support to end-users and project teams, facilitating smooth adoption of cloud services and tools.Participate in the continuous improvement of cloud infrastructure, security, and compliance standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement innovative solutions and ensure the stability and scalability of our private cloud platform.Stay current with emerging cloud technologies and industry trends to recommend and implement best practices.
