We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Azure DevOps Engineer to join a leading technology and cloud services organisation based in Bern, Switzerland.
The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining secure, scalable, and automated cloud infrastructure environments.

Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC)Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines to support automated build, testing, and deployment processesEnsure high availability, security, performance, and scalability of cloud environmentsSupport both cloud-native and hybrid infrastructure solutionsAdminister, monitor, and troubleshoot Linux and Windows environmentsImplement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutionsApply DevOps best practices related to automation, version control, and continuous improvementParticipate in architecture discussions and technical decision-makingSupport incident management, root-cause analysis, and service optimisationMentor junior team members and contribute to technical standards and documentation
Required Experience
Proven experience as a Senior DevOps Engineer or Azure DevOps EngineerStrong hands-on expertise with Microsoft AzureExtensive experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code methodologiesExperience with configuration management tools such as Puppet or similar technologiesStrong experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or JenkinsSolid Linux and/or Windows Server administration skillsStrong scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, Python or similar)Experience with Git and version control best practicesGood understanding of cloud security, networking, and governanceDemonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure and deployment issuesBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
