If you have at least 3 years of hands-on experience building robust applications using the Microsoft .Net framework, we want to hear from you! 📍 Location: Singapore, Singapore ⏰ Work Mode: Work from Office 💼 Role: Software Engineer (.Net Development) KEY RESPONSIBILITES (JOB REQUIREMENTS) 1 Solution Design & Development 2 Design and develop high-quality software and/or AI solutions to meet business needs and improve operational efficiency. 3 Evaluate operational feasibility by analyzing requirements, problem definitions, and proposed solutions to ensure alignment with business goals. 4 Study information needs and system workflows by collaborating with Business Analysts and Solution Architects to design effective software solutions. 1 Testing & Deployment 2 Test and deploy software systems by preparing system specifications and adhering to design standards to ensure reliable and scalable solutions. 3 Prepare deployment plans and execute releases to deliver functional systems that meet performance expectations. 1 Documentation & Demonstration 2 Document solutions using flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, and code comments to support maintainability and knowledge sharing. 3 Demonstrate developed solutions to stakeholders to validate functionality and gather feedback for continuous improvement. 1 Collaboration & Agile Practices 2 Collaborate across teams and functions to ensure the viability and integration of software designs within the broader system architecture. 3 Drive agile development practices to ensure timely delivery of features and responsiveness to changing requirements. 4 Follow RWS software development lifecycle and coding standards to maintain consistency and quality across projects. 1 Problem Investigation 2 Investigate problem areas within systems to identify root causes and implement corrective actions that enhance system reliability and user satisfaction. JOB REQUIREMENTS/JOB QUALIFICATIONS Technical Skills Strong proficiency in C#, Java, Python, JavaScript or similar languages. Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and system scalability. Familiarity with cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure is preferred). Proficient in version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing. Experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain) preferred. Leadership & Communication Proven experience leading or working with software development teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Education Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
