IT Infrastructure Manager

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Group Manager to lead IT infrastructure and service desk operations across the Group’s companies. Purpose of the Role To establish and enforce a common infrastructure and service delivery standard across multiple operating companies, and to lead the consolidation of platforms, licensing, and support functions into a single, centrally governed model. Key Responsibilities Define and implement Group-wide infrastructure standards covering servers, virtualization, cloud, and backup environments.Lead the Group service desk function and establish consistent service levels, escalation procedures, and support quality measures across all sites.Drive the consolidation of platforms, tenants, and licensing, and establish a repeatable onboarding process for newly acquired or integrated companies.Manage a distributed technical team across multiple locations, covering systems administration, cloud operations, and service desk.Manage vendor relationships, infrastructure budgets, and the allocation of costs across operating companies.Candidate Requirements Proven experience managing IT infrastructure across multiple companies or business entities, rather than within a single organization.Demonstrated people management experience, including responsibility for distributed teams and budgets.Strong technical background in virtualization, storage, backup, Microsoft Azure, and Microsoft 365.Established service desk and ITSM management experience.Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive adoption of standards across companies outside the direct reporting line.Location & Package Candidates must currently be based in Qatar.Transferable visa with NOC is required.Salary range: QAR 18,000–22,000 per month, full package.
