As the company continues to expand its technical team in Sofia, we are looking for a DevOps Engineer who wants to develop further towards a Cloud Architect role. This is an opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of technically challenging projects, cloud environments and architectures. No two deployments are the same, offering continuous opportunities to learn, solve complex infrastructure challenges and expand your expertise across different technologies. Main responsibilities: Design, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure across GCP and AWS for clients in diverse industriesAutomate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform, Ansible, and Bash/Python scriptingDeploy and manage containerized applications with Docker and Kubernetes.Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelinesAdminister Linux environments and troubleshoot infrastructure, networking, web server, and database issuesSupport complex cloud deployments and migrations, improving reliability, scalability, and performanceCollaborate directly with clients and internal teams, taking ownership of technical projects from investigation through resolutionExplore emerging cloud technologies and build expertise through ongoing training and certifications Desired experience, skills and qualifications: 3+ years of hands-on Linux administration experience (or equivalent)Proficiency with Git and version control workflowsStrong Bash scripting abilityStrong logs analysis and troubleshooting skillsWorking knowledge of at least one of the major cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure)Experience with web servers (Apache, Nginx, IIS)Experience with relational databases (MySQL, MSSQL, PostgreSQL) and familiarity with NoSQL databasesDeep understanding of networking fundamentals - OSI model, VPCs, VPNs, proxies, firewalls, routingHands-on experience with containerisation and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)Familiarity with CI/CD tooling (Jenkins, CircleCI, Ansible)Excellent English and Bulgarian (written and spoken) Advantages: Experience with AI models (training, fine-tuning)Familiarity with writing, reading and understanding code in PythonExperience with Infrastructure As Code (Terraform)Experience with big deployments or migrations in GCP/AWS Our Client Offers: Competitive salary based on experience and technical expertiseHybrid working model – 2 to 3 days per week working from homePremium private health insuranceMultisport card or equivalent benefitPublic transportation cardAdditional paid leave increasing with tenureExposure to a diverse portfolio of high-complexity international projectsAccess to advanced and emerging cloud technologies and featuresRegular technical training focused on the latest Google Cloud and other cloud technologiesA structured development path towards Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect certificationOpportunities to gain further certifications across technologies and platforms including AWS, Cloudflare, MongoDB and othersDirect and open communication with senior leadershipTeam events and company activities We appreciate all applications, however, only candidates selected for an interview will be contacted.
