Cloud Infrastructure Engineer (m/f/d) as of now | Full-time | Vienna, Graz, Klagenfurt Salary: from € 56.000 gross/year, depending on qualification and experience. As a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer, you operate, extend, and automate our entire technology stack – from physical infrastructure and virtualization all the way to Kubernetes and our deployment infrastructure (CI/CD). You'll use modern workflows and automation to focus on the work that actually moves the needle. #PROFILE Ensure platform stability through monitoring as well as proactive troubleshooting and preventionBuild automation solutions for operating and deploying all platform componentsProactively monitor the security and currency of the software components in use, and escalate potential risks to the Chief Solution Architect and CTO (Chief Technology Officer) earlyDevelop technical concepts for new platform requirements in line with the Chief Solution Architect's architectural decisionsDocument the technical setup of the infrastructure and automation solutionsSupport development teams in using the provided automation solutions and collaborate closely with development teams and the Chief Solution Architect #WANTED Deep Linux expertise and a strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud infrastructureSolid experience with Kubernetes (architecture, operations, troubleshooting) and hypervisor technologies (KVM)Solid knowledge of networking technologies (routing, switching, VLANs, BGP) and observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana)Experience with infrastructure as code and automation strategies (Terraform, Ansible, ArgoCD) as well as modern GitOps and CI/CD architecturesSolid grasp of security, high-availability, and resilience requirementsStrong communication skills, along with a methodical, self-driven, and structured way of working with a strong quality mindsetExcellent German and English skills, both written and spoken #WHAT WE OFFER We are more than just a workplace.
