Description
We are seeking a CloudOps Engineer to manage, optimize, and support multi-cloud environments.
This role is responsible for ensuring the availability, performance, security, and operational efficiency of mission-critical cloud infrastructure and applications.
The ideal candidate has strong AWS expertise, hands-on experience with another public cloud platform, and a solid background in DevOps, Kubernetes, automation, and technical support.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize multi-cloud environments, ensuring high availability, performance, security, and operational reliability of mission-critical systems.Partner with SRE, DevOps, Infrastructure, and cross-functional teams to support cloud operations and drive continuous improvement.Serve as an escalation point for technical issues, leading incident investigations, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and systems administration.Implement and support DevOps and CI/CD practices across public, private, and hybrid cloud environments.Develop and maintain automation, monitoring, documentation, reporting, and operational processes to improve efficiency and system reliability.Evaluate technical challenges and provide cloud and infrastructure solution recommendations aligned with business and operational requirements.Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on cloud platforms, infrastructure services, and operational best practices.Lead or contribute to engineering projects and technical programs that improve scalability, reliability, security, and operational excellence.Collaborate with technical customer success and support teams to resolve infrastructure and platform-related concerns.Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.3+ years of hands-on experience with AWS.Hands-on experience with at least one additional public cloud platform, such as Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Alibaba Cloud.Experience with cloud architecture, design, implementation, or optimization is highly preferred.Proven experience implementing DevOps and CI/CD practices across public, private, or hybrid cloud environments.Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containerized application deployments.Experience with DevOps and CI/CD tools such as Git, GitLab, GitHub, Jenkins, Artifactory, TeamCity, or Spinnaker.Strong experience in technical support, systems administration, infrastructure, and cloud services.Experience with incident management, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and production support.Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.AWS or other relevant cloud certifications are preferred.
