Overview: We are seeking Platform Engineers who are passionate about building scalable engineering platforms, developer productivity solutions, cloud-native infrastructure, intelligent automation, and AI-enabled engineering capabilities. The ideal candidate will have experience designing and implementing platform services, reusable frameworks, automation solutions, self-service capabilities, and cloud-native architectures that accelerate software delivery and improve operational efficiency. The role focuses on Platform Engineering, DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Developer Experience (DevEx), Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), AI-Powered Engineering, and Intelligent Automation across the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and AI-Driven Development Lifecycle (AIDLC). Experience Requirements: Platform Engineer: 2-5 years of experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Software Engineering, or Automation Engineering. Senior Platform Engineer 5-8 years of experience designing platform services, automation frameworks, cloud-native applications, and shared engineering capabilities. Staff Platform Engineer 8+ years of experience leading platform architecture, enterprise engineering initiatives, developer productivity programs, cloud modernization, and platform strategy.
