The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, coding, unit testing, enhancing, troubleshooting, and providing break/fix support for applications within the portfolio. The role requires strong experience translating business requirements and functional specifications into stable, secure, scalable, and fully tested applications using Microsoft Azure and .NET technologies. Project Scope The successful candidate will support the development of an integrated risk assessment platform that connects with the Offender Tracking Information System (OTIS). The Platform Will Integrate LSI-OR – Level of Service Inventory-Ontario RevisionRASO – Risk Assessment for Sexual OffendingODARA – Ontario Domestic Assault Risk Assessment The solution will enable the appropriate risk assessment tools to be accessed based on offender information available in OTIS and will support a people-centred, innovative, and inclusive correctional system. Key Responsibilities Application Development Design, build, and maintain stable, secure, and scalable web and desktop applications.Translate business requirements and functional specifications into working, tested applications.Design, code, unit test, troubleshoot, and enhance applications.Provide break/fix and production support for critical portfolio solutions.Apply industry standards and best practices for web development, accessibility, architecture, and security.Participate in Agile software development practices. Any extension is subject to unused days and/or remaining contract funds. No additional funds will be added beyond the maximum contract value and extension options included in the original SOW. JTS may exercise available extension options beyond April 5, 2027, in accordance with the survival clause.
