Description
We are looking for a DevOps & Security Engineer to build, maintain, and secure our technology infrastructure.
This role is responsible for improving system reliability, automating deployment processes, monitoring application performance, and ensuring security best practices across cloud environments, applications, and internal systems.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working closely with software engineers, IT teams, and business stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
🔥 Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application deployment.Manage cloud infrastructure, servers, containers, and networking environments.Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Infrastructure as Code tools.Monitor system availability, performance, logs, and incidents; troubleshoot production issues.Implement security controls, vulnerability management, access management, and security monitoring.Conduct regular security assessments, patch management, and incident response activities.Maintain backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity procedures.Ensure infrastructure and development practices comply with internal security standards and applicable Indonesian regulations.Collaborate with development teams to improve application scalability, reliability, and secure coding practices.Prepare technical documentation, operational procedures, and security reports.
💥 Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or a related field; equivalent practical experience is also welcome.Minimum 2–4 years of experience in DevOps, System Engineering, Cloud Engineering, Security Engineering, or a similar role.Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Microsoft Azure.Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, or similar.Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Linux administration, networking, and server management.Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools, such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.Understanding of cybersecurity principles, including IAM, vulnerability management, firewall configuration, encryption, SIEM, and incident response.Familiarity with application security practices, including OWASP Top 10, secure SDLC, and security testing tools.Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Good English communication skills, both written and spoken; Bahasa Indonesia proficiency is required.Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Security Specialty, CKA/CKAD, CEH, CompTIA Security+, or CISSP.Experience working in a fintech, e-commerce, SaaS, or regulated-industry environment.Knowledge of Indonesian data protection and cybersecurity requirements, including UU PDP.
