Collaboration with team members and continuous refinement of software elements are integral parts of the daily workflow, contributing to the overall success of projects and client satisfaction. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development. Maintain and update documentation related to software design and implementation to ensure clarity and knowledge sharing. Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Aircraft Structure Repair Manual Authoring Guidelines. Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies. Experience in designing and implementing modular and reusable software components. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues efficiently. Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development tools. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and quality. Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Aircraft Structure Repair Manual Authoring Guidelines. This position is based at our Nagpur office.
