Position: React & Java Developer Location: Mississauga, ON (Hybrid) Employment Type: Full Time Experience: 15+ years Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced React & Java Developer with strong expertise in modern frontend development, React.js, TypeScript, and Java-based backend integration. The ideal candidate should have experience building scalable applications, Micro Frontends (MFEs), and Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) architectures. Key Responsibilities: Develop responsive, accessible, and production-ready applications using React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.Design and support Micro Frontend (MFE) applications and BFF architecture.Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs and backend microservices.Build reusable components, libraries, and scalable UI solutions.Analyze, debug, and optimize applications for performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers on coding standards and best practices.Collaborate effectively within Agile/Scrum teams and support CI/CD processes. Must Have Skills: Advanced proficiency in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.Strong understanding of modern React principles, lifecycle, and state management.Experience with Java, RESTful APIs, microservices, BFF, and MFEs.Strong front-end development and troubleshooting skills.Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as GitHub, Lightspeed, or ECS.
