Depending on your interests and strengths, you’ll have the opportunity to join either our Design or Branding team, supporting projects such as weekly newsletters, organic and paid social campaigns, app campaigns, and work that shapes and strengthens Picnic’s visual identity.You’ll collaborate with a powerhouse Creative team of 20+ diverse specialists, including motion designers, videographers, copywriters, and brand designers. Together, you’ll create high-impact work that doesn’t just sit in a folder—our campaigns launch weekly across the Netherlands, France, and Germany, reaching millions of screens.Note: this is not a UX/UI design job.Tricks of the tradeBuild engaging campaigns: Work closely with other designers in the creative team to build campaigns that engage our existing/future customers. Weekly visual design work: Create and update email campaigns, social media assets, online ads and campaign visuals for our appDevelop a design analytical approach: Learn how to adopt an overall analytical approach to design by testing your designs and optimising operational design workYour superpowersYou are currently pursuing a study in Visual Design, Graphic Design or similar fields Solid online portfolio showing a keen eye for detail paired with lots of creative flairFamiliar with Adobe Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator) and FigmaSelf-starter with a “roll up your sleeves” attitudeEager to learn in a fast-paced environmentAffinity for illustration and experience with animation are a plus but not a mustFluent in English (Dutch, French or German are a plus!)
