Requirements
Proven 5+ years of production experience with Python, FastAPI, and SQLComprehensive expertise in web apps, API design, and integration developmentStrong capability in high-load database handling and query performance optimizationExperience with TypeScript and React, plus willingness to work full-stackHands-on exposure to GenAI engineering tools, ideally Claude CodeEffective communication skills and proactive execution, able to operate independently and as part of a teamAbility to deal with ambiguity and deliver without constant direction in a transparent, fast-moving startup environmentEnglish proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher
