About the job MXA is looking for a mid-level full-stack software engineer to join our team and work on cutting-edge agentic engineering projects. If you love to learn, pride yourself on genunine engineering skills, and care about a great working environment, then we might just be a match! Responsibilities Get your hands dirty building almost anything for our listed-company clients; from new systems, analytics platforms, AI agents, on prem and in the cloud.Pioneer using AI to improve the quality and speed of your work; figure out what works and what's developing, but never delegate understanding.Work with other great engineers, and build your skills and careers together. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer engineering, information systems, computer science or applied mathematics preferred, but not required. Other Requirements Must be based in Sydney and excited to come into the office and collaborate with our team 2-3 days per week.Must have full-time Australian work rights.
