Qualifications:
2–5 years' experience in commodity/energy trading, consulting, risk management or a related industry role.Solid grasp of trade-life-cycle fundamentals and how commercial drivers translate into system and process requirements.You can deliver both consulting projects and technical solutions.Exposure to ETRM/CTRM platforms and associated data flows; comfortable analyzing front-, middle- and back-office needs.Familiarity with pricing models, valuation methodologies, market risk (VaR, Greeks, sensitivity analysis) and credit risk frameworks.Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills; able to operate in agile, client-facing teams.Degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics or related field; postgraduate study or certifications (e.g., FRM, CFA, Scrum) are a plus.Enthusiasm for continuous learning, creative problem solving and working across multiple commodities and geographies.

As a Senior Consultant you will own the delivery of complex transformation projects while shaping our go-to-market and contributing to quantitative excellence across pricing, valuation and risk.
How do you do this?:
Analyze and document end-to-end trading processes—deal capture, optimization, logistics, risk, settlements and reporting—across power, gas, LNG, crude, NGLs and environmental products.Assess current ETRM/CTRM landscapes, identify data and workflow gaps, and recommend improvements independent of vendor.Design target operating models, control frameworks and roadmaps that align people, process and technology to strategic goals.Drive digital initiatives such as data-driven trading, advanced analytics and automation proof-of-concepts.Facilitate client workshops, manage work-stream deliverables, track risks and provide clear status updates to senior stakeholders.Contribute to proposals, market research and thought-leadership pieces that expand our Energy Trading & Risk Management offering.Develop and validate pricing models for multi-commodity derivatives and structured products; assess methodological soundness and calibrate assumptions to market conditions.Support valuation frameworks for complex trading portfolios, ensuring consistency with accounting standards and risk reporting requirements.Analyse market and credit risk sensitivities; contribute to model governance, backtesting and independent validation.Translate quantitative requirements into any trading system specifications and data architecture; support implementation of risk measurement frameworks.
