Job DescriptionGlovo keeps growing day after day, that's why we are looking for an experienced and hands-on Lead. Lawyer that will work with the HQ Legal Team of the company on managing the day to day implications in the business. Be a part of a team where you will: Report to the Head of International in all related functionsBe the main responsible for Romania and Moldova legal functionsDraft, review, analyze, negotiate all kind of contracts with all the players involved in the businessProvide legal advice and ensure compliance with the regulations applicable to Glovo’ s business (including privacy, labor, compliance, regulated products and others)Collaborate with external law firmsSupport in the analysis and implementation of strategies, as well as implementation of corporate governance policies, special projects and reporting functionsParticipate in due diligence, risks assessment, elaborate corporate documentationGet your hands dirty – when there is a problem, you will find a way to fix it.
