Required skill set Skills and Responsibilities: • Good years of Salesforce experience with Good years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Data Cloud (D360) implementation and development. • Design, develop, and maintain customer data solutions using Salesforce Data Cloud, Customer 360, and related Salesforce platforms. • Build and manage data ingestion, identity resolution, data harmonization, calculated insights, and audience segmentation. • Integrate Salesforce Data Cloud with enterprise applications, CRM systems, and external data sources using APIs and ETL tools. • Collaborate with business, marketing, analytics, and technology teams to deliver customer-centric data solutions. • Support data governance, security, performance optimization, and best practices across the Salesforce ecosystem.""
