Job Title: Senior Frontend Developer (Next.js & E-commerce) Location: Remote (Physically present in Canada and work in EST Time Zone) Job Type: Contract 6 months (Extension possible) We are seeking a talented Senior Frontend Developer to work on our client's e-commerce digital experience. You will lead the development of high-performance web applications using Next.js. You will optimize checkout experiences via Shopify Shop Pay. You will also manage data privacy compliance through robust cookie and tag management systems. Responsibilities: Develop responsive, high-performance web applications using Next.js, React.Integrate and customize Shopify and Shop Pay workflows.Optimize Core Web Vitals, SEO, and page load speeds.Implement Google Tag Manager (GTM) and analytics tracking.Set up and maintain cookie compliance platforms (e.g., OneTrust).Partner closely with UI/UX designers and backend teams. Requirements: 5+ years of professional frontend development experience.5+ years of Next.js experienceDeep expertise in React and Next.jsStrong background with Shopify and Shop Pay integrations.Proven experience with tag management and cookie consent setup.Experience with headless CMS platforms and modern CI/CD pipelines.
