Position: Technical Lead (MERN) – Azure / Node.js / React Location: Hybrid- Toronto, ON Job type: Full-Time/Permanent Hiring Seeking a Senior Technical Lead to lead the architecture, development, and delivery of cloud-native applications using Microsoft Azure, Node.js, React, AKS, and modern DevOps practices. The role will provide technical leadership, customer engagement, and end-to-end delivery ownership. Must-Have Technical Skills Strong experience with Microsoft Azure application development and deployment.Hands-on experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).Strong understanding of Event-Driven Architecture and Microservices.Advanced Node.js development experience.Strong React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS skills.Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.Hands-on experience with Jenkins, GitHub, and CI/CD.Experience with Jest/unit testing.Strong architecture, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities Lead application architecture, design, development, and technical delivery.Design scalable cloud-native solutions using Azure, AKS, Node.js, React, and Microservices.Define and implement event-driven architectures and technical solutions.Collaborate with customers and stakeholders on architecture, design decisions, and technical strategy.Lead end-to-end technical delivery while ensuring quality, scalability, timelines, and reliability.Guide and mentor development teams and conduct technical reviews.Collaborate with DevOps teams on Jenkins, GitHub, CI/CD, and deployment automation.Support production troubleshooting, performance optimization, and technical issue resolution.Ensure appropriate unit testing and engineering best practices. Preferred Experience with Azure cloud-native architecture and distributed systems.Experience leading customer-facing technical engagements.Strong knowledge of Agile software delivery.
