Description

Job Purpose As part of the Infrastructure Support team, you will provide operational and project-based support to TDM Group and its global partners. This includes responding to support requests, resolving incidents and problems, and delivering technical implementations within your area of responsibility. The Infrastructure Support (Systems) team manages a broad range of technologies including public and private IaaS, Microsoft 365, Windows and Linux servers, virtualization platforms, databases, and related infrastructure services. Beyond technical expertise, this role demands strong communication skills, effective collaboration, leadership potential, and a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement. Key Duties and Responsibilities Address and resolve all assigned requests, incidents, and problems within SLA and according to ITIL standards.Identify, diagnose, manage and resolve problems.Implement and manage IT infrastructure solutions and systems.Adhere to TDM Group’s IT processes and security policies.Contribute to developing and implementing processes, best practices, and delivering high-quality solutions.Contribute to team knowledge development and documentation efforts.Mentor and support the team members when required.Demonstrate ownership and accountability in complex incidents and projects.Participate in the on-call rotation.Willingness to travel on demand. Skills Core TechnologiesServer OS Administration (Windows and Linux with emphasis on Linux).Infrastructure automation through Ansible.Public Cloud IaaS Administration (Azure\AWS).DevOps.Relational Database Management Systems (PostgreSQL, MySQL).Virtualization solutions administration (VMWare, Hyper-V).Strong understanding of networking principles.Strong understanding of Infrastructure management tasks (Monitoring, vulnerability Management, Asset Management, Patch Management).Complementary Technologies:Identity and Access Management (Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory Domain Services).Backup and DR.Relational Database Management Systems (Microsoft SQL Server).EDR solutions for servers (with focus on Microsoft Defender for cloud).Scripting (cmd, PowerShell, bash).Python.Infrastructure as a code. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering or equivalent.A strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.3+ years of experience in systems administration.The following certifications are essential:Red Hat Certified System Administrator.Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate.AWS Certified CloudOps Engineer – Associate.The following certifications are a plus:Microsoft certified Identity and Access Administrator Associate.AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate.Microsoft Certified: Azure Database Administrator Associate.Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert.Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate or MCSA in Windows Server.
