Java Software Engineer

The role: Develop and improve scalable Java applicationsContribute to architecture, technical decisions, and software qualityWork within Scrum/Agile and DevOps environmentsCollaborate with experienced engineers and share technical knowledgeDepending on the project, work across backend and potentially frontend development Tech stack: Java, Spring Boot, Kotlin, Maven, Docker, OpenShift, GitLab, CI/CD, AI and DevOps. What they’re looking for: 5+ years of professional Java development experienceExperience building applications at scaleStrong knowledge of Java/Spring BootExperience working in Agile/Scrum and DevOps environmentsHBO/WO education or equivalent experienceAn interest in frontend development alongside your backend expertiseFluency in Dutch due to communication with customers What’s on offer: €4,000–€9,000 gross per month, depending on experience and contract typeVariety of challenging projects with well-known organisationsTraining, certifications, conferences and dedicated development timeFlexible employment options and strong work-life balanceClose-knit engineering team with regular social activities
