Job DescriptionAs our Sportsbook Propositions Executive at Ladbrokes, you will be responsible for the planning and execution of the Proposition plan, creating market-leading experiences that attract, reward, and retain our customers. You will support the Proposition Manager in the planning and performance review of all promotions, with a focus on the optimisation of the proposition budget to deliver maximum ROI and KPIs. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver a unified customer experience across multiple touch points, maximising the performance of our proposition. You will also be responsible for analysing and communicating the performance of the propositions and to make recommendations for continuous improvements to better attract, reward and retain new and existing customers. QualificationsWhat you will do Support the Proposition Manager in the creation of the Sportsbook proposition planCollaborate with internal stakeholders including CRM, Performance Marketing, Content & Brand Marketing to deliver a unified Sportsbook PropositionOversee the campaign creation and execution of the Proposition plan. This includes the mechanics and pay out structures as well as briefing Sportsbook Promotions, CRM, Creative, Performance Marketing, CS, Operations, Content and any other relevant stakeholdersWorking closely with the Compliance team to ensure the accuracy and relevance of the full terms for all current and future promotions.Planning and sign-off on Promotional campaigns and Product launchesDaily & weekly analysis of promotional engagement, cost, and ROIOwn and deliver key initiatives to drive weekly performance on the back of opportunities identified in promotional analysisConduct frequent market and competitor analysis with a focus on promotions and retention tacticsWork closely with the CRM team to ensure the effective delivery of all promotional communications to our customersQualificationsStrong knowledge and passion for sport (UK focus ideal), with an understanding of what engages betting audiencesProven experience planning and delivering promotional campaignsComfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentConfident analysing data, tracking performance, and telling the story behind the numbersExcellent communication skills, with exemplary written and spoken EnglishStrong attention to detail and highly organisedExperience with customer retention and CRM tacticsAble to work both independently and collaboratively across teamsSolid IT skills – especially Excel, plus confidence using Word and PowerPointAdditional InformationAt Entain, we know that signing top players requires a great starting package, and plenty of support to inspire peak performance.
