Join a privately owned international main contractor delivering high-value, technically complex projects across Europe. The business combines the scale and stability of an established contractor with the agility of a smaller organisation allowing decisions to be made quickly, without unnecessary layers of management. You’ll take ownership of a significant project scope, leading site teams and specialist subcontractors while maintaining control of programme, quality, commercial performance and client relationships. Your role as Senior Project Manager will include: Leading the delivery of a major package or section of a large-scale data centre projectManaging construction activities from planning through commissioning and handoverLeading Project Managers, Construction Managers, engineers and site teamsCoordinating design, procurement, commercial and construction departments The successful Senior Project Manager will need: Experience delivering large-scale data centre, mission-critical, pharmaceutical or advanced manufacturing projectsA strong main contractor or specialist contractor backgroundPrevious responsibility for major construction or MEP packagesWillingness to be based on-site in Düsseldorf
