Senior Front-End Engineer - React & Next.js

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Front-End Engineer to design, build, and evolve secure, scalable, and high-quality web applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript. In this role, you will contribute to modern digital experiences with a strong focus on performance, accessibility, maintainability, and engineering quality, while collaborating closely with product, design, back-end, QA, and DevOps teams. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain production-ready web applications using Next.js 15, React, and TypeScript Build reusable UI components and front-end modules Manage server state, caching, synchronization, and asynchronous data flows using TanStack Query Implement secure authentication and authorization using MSAL Develop accessible forms and schema-based validation using React Hook Form and Zod Translate UI/UX designs and business requirements into responsive interfaces using Tailwind CSS Integrate front-end applications with REST APIs and generated API clients Optimize application performance, rendering, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility Write clean, maintainable, testable, and well-documented code Participate in code reviews and contribute to front-end architecture and technical decisions Collaborate with Product Owners, UI/UX Designers, Back-End Engineers, QA, and DevOps teams Support automated build, quality, and deployment processes using Azure DevOps Requirements University degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field Minimum 5 years of professional front-end development experience Strong hands-on experience with React, Next.js 15, and TypeScript Experience with modern React development patterns Experience with BFF (Backend-for-Frontend) architecture and SPA development Hands-on experience with server-state management and API-driven applications Practical experience with MSAL authentication and authorization Strong understanding of component design, hooks, routing, rendering strategies, and state management Experience integrating and consuming REST APIs Solid understanding of responsive design and web accessibility Experience with front-end performance optimization and cross-browser compatibility Strong experience with Git workflows, pull requests, and peer code reviews Experience working within an Agile environment Excellent problem-solving and communication skills in English Nice to Have Experience with TanStack Query Experience with React Hook Form and Zod Experience with Tailwind CSS Familiarity with Azure DevOps and CI/CD processes Experience working on large-scale enterprise applications Strong understanding of secure front-end development practices You will be a great candidate for us if you Have strong hands-on expertise in modern React and Next.js development Care about clean, scalable, and maintainable front-end architecture Have a strong focus on user experience, accessibility, and performance Enjoy solving complex technical challenges Take ownership and contribute to technical decisions Enjoy collaborating across product, design, engineering, QA, and DevOps teams Benefits Why join inventYOU Work with modern technologies including React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Azure Build scalable and high-quality digital applications Contribute to front-end architecture and technical decisions Collaborate with experienced engineering and product professionals Continue developing your technical expertise through modern and challenging projects
