We are seeking a highly capable Full Stack Software Engineer to join a fast-growing technology organization building and scaling a modern SaaS platform.

What You’ll Do
Design, develop, and scale modern full stack applications supporting high-volume business users.Build intuitive, responsive, and high-performing customer-facing web applications.Develop scalable APIs, services, and application architecture.Contribute to technical architecture and engineering decisions with a focus on scalability, security, maintainability, and performance.Work closely with Product, UX/UI, Engineering, Analytics, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into effective technical solutions.Develop and integrate AI-enabled product features and intelligent workflow capabilities.Optimize application performance, reliability, scalability, and overall system efficiency.Improve CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, monitoring, and development workflows.Identify and reduce technical debt while continuing to accelerate product development.Establish and promote strong engineering practices, coding standards, and development methodologies.Use modern AI coding agents and development tools to accelerate software development, testing, debugging, and delivery.Take ownership of projects and deliver solutions from concept through production.
Required Skills & Experience
Strong experience developing full stack web applications.Professional experience with React and JavaScript and component-based application architecture.Strong front-end engineering skills with an emphasis on modern, customer-facing user experiences.Experience building responsive, high-performance SaaS applications.Strong Node.js development experience.Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and working with microservices.Understanding of scalable SaaS and cloud-based application architecture.Experience with CI/CD, deployment automation, monitoring, and production application support.Experience using AI-assisted development tools or coding agents to improve development and testing workflows.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Demonstrated ownership of software projects and a commitment to delivering high-quality, scalable solutions.
