What will you do?
You will design and develop production-grade AI and GenAI solutions built primarily in Python, contributing to a large-scale enterprise technology transformation.
You will work on LLM-based capabilities, RAG solutions and agentic workflows, ensuring secure integration with an existing Java-based ecosystem.
You will contribute to architecture discussions and help deliver scalable, secure and reliable AI solutions that meet enterprise standards.
Your tasks
Design and develop production-grade AI and GenAI solutions in PythonBuild and integrate LLM-based applications, RAG pipelines and agentic workflowsDevelop secure APIs, microservices and integration componentsIntegrate Python-based solutions with existing Java services and enterprise platformsEvaluate and validate AI-generated outputs using measurable quality criteriaApply human-in-the-loop controls, traceability and auditability practicesContribute to solution design and architecture discussionsDevelop unit, integration, contract and automated evaluation testsFollow secure coding standards and AI governance requirementsContribute to CI/CD pipelines, quality gates and automated security checksImplement logging, monitoring, metrics and tracingIdentify technical risks, dependencies and delivery blockers and propose mitigation approachesSupport releases, production readiness and incident resolutionCollaborate with architects, Tech Leads, QA, platform and operations teamsContribute to engineering standards and continuous improvement initiatives
