Strategy & Greenfield Execution: Define and execute the end-to-end strategy and roadmap for a brand-new, synchronised enterprise data platformData Platform Development: Lead a cross-functional squad spanning engineering, data, and design to build a centralised health data layer, including data ingestion, standardisation, APIs, and access patterns.High-Value Use Cases: Identify and prioritise platform capabilities that power personalised digital health journeys, clinical decision-making, and preventative care pathways across the entire business.Governance & Trust: Establish robust data quality, privacy, and compliance principles to ensure the synchronised platform remains a secure and trusted foundation for sensitive health data.Senior Stakeholder Alignment: Work closely with clinical, commercial, and technology leaders to align competing priorities and translate complex technical architecture into clear business outcomes.
