Job DescriptionCampaign planning and delivery Orchestrate planning and delivery for major campaigns. Build and maintain clear campaign timelines, project plans and dependency maps.Run launch readiness checks to make sure creative, landing pages, tracking, offers, compliance approvals and stakeholder sign-offs are in place.Support post-campaign reviews to capture learnings, performance insights and improvement areas for future campaigns.Cross-functional coordination Act as one of the main points of contact for the Performance Marketing team across key campaigns and initiatives.Prepare clear status updates, campaign summaries and analysis reports for the leadership team.Coordinate activity across Performance Marketing channels, Creative, Brand, Commercial, CRM, Compliance, and Analytics.Chase actions, resolve ambiguity and ensure teams have the information they need to move forward.Identify blockers, risks and dependencies early. Escalate issues clearly and constructively before they become launch problems.Process improvement Improve the way we plan, launch and review campaigns. Identify recurring operational pain points and help fix them.Help build repeatable processes, templates and ways of working for campaign delivery.
