Job DescriptionAs our Sportsbook Propositions Executive at Ladbrokes, you will be responsible for the planning and execution of the Proposition plan, creating market-leading experiences that attract, reward, and retain our customers. You will support the Proposition Manager in the planning and performance review of all promotions, with a focus on the optimisation of the proposition budget to deliver maximum ROI and KPIs. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver a unified customer experience across multiple touch points, maximising the performance of our proposition. You will also be responsible for analysing and communicating the performance of the propositions and to make recommendations for continuous improvements to better attract, reward and retain new and existing customers.
