Position Summary : We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Senior WordPress Developer to join our team in Amman, Jordan.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in WordPress development, PHP, website performance, technical SEO, and analytics, with the ability to manage website development, maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and optimize WordPress websites for functionality, responsiveness, and performance.
Build and customize websites using WordPress and Elementor Page Builder.
Develop and modify PHP, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS as required.
Manage WordPress themes and plugins and troubleshoot technical issues.
Manage staging environments, website deployments, hosting, and File Manager.
Monitor and improve website performance, caching, loading speed, and Core Web Vitals.
Implement technical SEO best practices and monitor website search performance.
Manage website analytics and tracking using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Google Search Console.
Conduct SEO and website audits using tools such as Ahrefs.
Collaborate with internal teams and provide technical solutions to website-related requirements.
Skills & Qualifications
Strong proficiency in WordPress, PHP, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Advanced experience with Elementor Page Builder.
Strong understanding of WordPress themes, plugins, website performance, caching, and Core Web Vitals.
Good understanding of technical SEO.
