As a Microsoft Solutions Partner, we deliver and develop innovative products built around Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Power Platform, Azure, and our own HR & Payroll ecosystem.
We are currently looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our Pay Team, responsible for developing and maintaining Digmatix HR & Payroll products used daily by companies and their employees.
As part of the Pay Team, you'll work on modern SaaS products including our Employee Self Service Portal and HR Office solutions, helping drive their continued growth, scalability, and user experience.
This role offers a unique opportunity to combine modern web development with Microsoft technologies and integrations, while working closely with product experts, consultants, and business stakeholders.

What you'll do
Design, develop, and maintain new features for Digmatix HR & Payroll products;Build modern and responsive user interfaces using React and TypeScript;Develop backend services, APIs, and business logic using C#/.NET;Create and enhance integrations between HR & Payroll products and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central;Collaborate with Product Owners, consultants, payroll specialists, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions;Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical decision-making;Ensure application quality through testing, code reviews, and development best practices;Optimize system performance, scalability, security, and user experience;Support deployment automation and continuous improvement of CI/CD processes;Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by customers and internal teams;Stay up to date with Microsoft technologies and modern software development practices.
What we're looking for
2+ years of experience developing web applications using React and TypeScript;2+ years of experience developing backend applications using C#/.NET;Experience building business applications with strong focus on usability and user experience;Understanding of modern web architectures and development best practices;Experience working with REST APIs and system integrations;Familiarity with Azure services and cloud-based environments;Experience with CI/CD pipelines and development process automation;Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions;Strong problem-solving skills and ownership mindset;Good communication skills in English;Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.Nice to have
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Dynamics 365 Business Central;Experience programming in AL;Experience working with Microsoft SQL Server;Experience analyzing and optimizing SQL queries;Experience developing SaaS products;Basic PowerShell knowledge;Experience working with HR, payroll, or employee self-service solutions.
