Impact You Will Own Deliver scalable data pipelines and ML workflows that accelerate model delivery and operational excellence Improve platform stability through CI/CD, automation and testing Enable secure, production-ready ML operations across cloud and containerized environments. Strengthen reliability through monitoring, alerting, and continuous improvement Partner across teams to accelerate AI and business outcomes What you'll do Build and maintain data pipelines and CI/CD workflows for ML solutions Automate testing, deployment, versioning, and release processes Manage cloud infrastructure using Terraform and AWS Develop and operate SageMaker training and deployment workflows Build and support applications using Docker and Kubernetes Develop Python solutions for data and ML services Monitor and improve platform reliability, security and performance Skills & Capabilities Must-Have 3-5 years' experience in Data Engineering, MLOps, ML Infrastructure, or similar roles Experience with CI/CD pipelines, release management, and deployment automation Hands-on experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code Knowledge of AWS services including IAM, VPC, S3, compute services, and CloudWatch Experience with Amazon SageMaker Strong Docker and Kubernetes (or Amazon EKS) knowledge Proficiency in Python for data and ML applications Knowledge of monitoring, observability, incident management and reliability practices Understanding of data engineering, data quality, orchestration and data modeling Understanding of security best practices, including encryption, secrets management and least-privilege access Nice-to-Have Experience supporting ML systems across multiple environments Familiarity with batch and real-time inference Knowledge of DevSecOps and governance frameworks Rewards & Benefits Permanent local contract with a competitive salary plus employee benefit including: Life and Health insurance Employee Pension Plan Hybrid working model Growing opportunities within the Company, both at national and international level Very diverse and international work environment For Poland: In this position, you will earn no less than 14144 PLN gross per month Equal Opportunities We believe that diverse perspectives and experiences make us stronger.
