Job Description Join Stairpay as a production-hardened full-stack engineer to own product domains end-to-end. You will build the financial layer for institutional landlords and a resident-facing app using TypeScript, React, and AWS. What You Will Do Own the entire lifecycle of a domain from concept and architecture to deployment and operation on a stack featuring Next.js, Postgres, and Pulumi.Orchestrate and verify AI-generated code, ensuring high-integrity invariants for money-movement paths and complex regulatory document ingestion workflows.Work directly with housing associations to translate complex manual workflows into a unified ledger system that eliminates data reconciliation across disparate platforms. The ideal candidate Proven senior full-stack experience shipping and operating complete systems using TypeScript, React, and AWS in a production-hardened, high-stakes environment.Deep expertise in database schema design and query optimization for systems where financial "domain correctness" and ledger integrity are absolutely non-negotiable.A product-first mindset with the engineering judgment to override AI models and design the durable guardrails that define what "correct" means for our sector.
