The Role
You will build production systems that matter.

Core product that drives growth across the group.
Ship MVP to production, get feedback, iterate.

We're hiring at all levels: from interns to seasoned technical leaders.
What matters is how you think, build, and ship.
You'll take end-to-end ownership of features from architecture design to measurable impact - shipping code that directly moves revenue.
You'll evolve systems into scalable AI-native platforms, and make trade-offs between velocity and durability.
If you're backend-leaning: You'll use Rails, Python, and TypeScript to build a high-performance platform.If you're frontend-leaning: You'll use React and TypeScript to build smooth user experiences.
