We're mid-way through a full website rebuild, and we need a Front-End Developer who genuinely cares about the details.
This isn't a maintenance role.
You'll be helping to build the design system and component library from the ground up, Working in Tailwind CSS with real creative input alongside our designers, not just implementing someone else's spec line by line.

Building and maintaining responsive, accessible front-end templates and components in Statamic CMS (Antlers/Blade templating)Turning Figma designs into pixel-accurate, production-ready Tailwind CSSBuilding and owning a design system and component library that keeps the whole site consistentOptimising for performance — page speed, Core Web Vitals, image and asset optimisationGetting hands-on with the details that make a UI feel right{{:}} spacing, typography, interaction states, animationsBuilding flexible, editor-friendly page blocks that our content and marketing teams can actually useSupporting ongoing site work — navigation, landing pages, campaign micrositesKeeping code clean, documented, and version-controlled in Git
What we're looking for
