Summary Experience Level: Level 3 (senior): Minimum 5 yearsOpen Positions: 1Location: MontrealWork Mode: Onsite (Day 1 onboarding onsite/in office presence 3x/week) Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain distributed Java applications in a Linux environment.Participate in design sessions and code review to drive high-quality and maintainable software.Support testing activities to ensure software reliability, performance, and stability.Collaborate closely with team members to deliver business-critical functionality.Leverage modern AI tools and agentic workflows to boost productivity and software quality. Requirements Strong expertise in Java development with experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools.Proven experience in developing distributed, performance-critical, and highly available systems.Familiarity with multithreaded programming paradigms.Knowledge about Unix/Linux based platforms.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Strong verbal and written communication skills.
